Stop Automatic folders in Documents

Hope someone can help...

Is there a way to stop new folders from being automatically created in the
Documents section? Every other piece of software now seems to make "My
Mindmaps" or "My OneNote Notebooks" or "Bluetooth Exchange Folder" or
somesuch.

Each time I delete these folders, they're automatically created the next
time I boot. Is there a basic way to block these from getting created? My
Documents section is getting very bloated and difficult to navigate.

Hi Mike

Somewhere in the settings for each of those programs should be a optio
to turn that off or change the default folder location to somethin
different to store it's information
