Stop automatic grouping of windows in taskbar

Is it possible to stop the grouping of similar window types in the
taskbar? (ie. when too many instant message windows from msn messenger
are open, and they all combine in the taskbar). Hope someone can help me
out. Thanks.

Put mouse pointer on taskbar and right click. Choose Properties. Uncheck
the box that says "Group similar taskbar buttons."

Right click the Taskbar > click Properties > under 'Taskbar' tab > uncheck
'Group similar taskbar buttons'.
