STOP; Blue Screen Startup Errors.

-Stop: c0000135 (unable to locate component)
This application failed to start because KERNEL32.dll was not found.-

as well as

-Stop: c000021a fatal system error-

Both with its own blue screen.

I cannot accest the logon screen which cuts me off from the command
prompt and safe mode.

The last known good config. wont work due to the kernel error, which
also applies to the Debugging mode nor the Directory services restore
mode.

ANy help is appriciated... as I need this laptop for uni.

The laptop runs a Vista Home Premium OS.
