How to stop showing IE update

The "Don't show this update again" for IE7 is greyed out. How do I tell it
not to keep telling me it is available?

Nevermind, I forgot you have to uncheck the update then the don't show this
update can be checked.

Thanks Bob, I was about to write the same post a couple of hours after
yours, because I forgot the same thing.
