how to stop syncronizing PDA clock with WMDC

Q1/
My Vista PC update the clock automatically from LAN servers and the time is
not correct 4 minutes advanced correct time.

In Active Sync 4.5 I was able to stop syncronizing PDA clock with PC clock
How can I do that in WMDC windows mobile device center?

Q2/
Can I sync my PDA with my work PC and my laptop (mainly contacts only)

Q1. I am afraid this option is no longer available in WMDC so no way to
disable it. I have tried modifying the registry key's but it appears that
the device just ignores it and sync's the time no matter what I set it to.

Q2. Yes, you can sync your device with two computers. If you try to sync
with a third one, then you will need to delete one of the partnerships as
the device supports synchronization only with two computers.
