Stop Vista 64 from changing Folder Views when booting up

Hi

I don't know about anyone else, but I am running Vista 64 and every so
often when I go to re-boot or start up in the morning, I notice Vista
keeps resetting the Folder view from "Details" to "Medium" Icons. This
happens in random and I cannot figure out how to keep them from
changing.

I have the Folder Options selection "Remember each folder's view
settings" checked, but it doesn't help.

Thank You

Tim
