Stop Windows Update - Don't have Outlook 2003 Installed

I have Office 2003 installed, but chose not to include Outlook in the
installation. Even so, I get prompted to install Windows XP updates for
Outlook's Junk email filter! Windows Update won't even let me hide these.

How do I stop this? Where are these updates being installed on my computer.

To stop using the Microsoft Update Web site (scroll down):
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=901037

start > control panel > add or remove programs
click a check mark into the little box where it says "show updates"
scroll down to Microsoft Office and uninstall the one you hate.
