I recall about 1 year ago this was broke in Vista. Does anyone know if it
has been chanegd/fixed??

Since this function has always worked flawlessly for me, and since no
one (running Vista) I know has ever reported such a problem, I can only
guess that something happened to your system to cause your problem.
What changed on your system *immediately* prior to your experiencing the
problem.

A friend was having problems with this logging into an SQL connection and in
my research I came across several
