Storport: StorPortInitializePerfOpts and MessageTargets

Hi,

Im trying to retrieve the MessageTargets using the
StorPortInitializePerfOpts to identify the Affinity. But everytime i
call i always get all zeroes in the MessageTargets. Ive tried, with
flags set to 0x1f and individually also.

Btw, i have enabled MSI-x in the INF

Any clues on why im not getting the affinity?
