Hello,
I'm having a strange problem with my start menu. Everything on my PC is
running fine, my specs for running windows Vista Home Basic are ample!
The problem -- my "start menu orb" has the text "Start" displayed over it,
and also above the orb there is a black background where it is supposed to be
transparent. I've tried restarting the Desktop Management service to see if
that works, tried crashing explorer and then restarting it to no avail.
My graphics card is ATI Radion Express 1250 and has up-to-date drivers
installed. My antivirus is Avira Antivirus and is also kept up-to-date.
Please could someone assist me with this problem?
