Strange taskbar behavior.

Hi,

This is happening to me lately.

Cannot do right click on program listed on the taskbar.
When I click on a button to try to bring the application in foreground, the
button flash but does nothing.
Cannot use ALT + TAB to switch from applications.

I can right click on other elements of the taskbars (Start menu, icons on
the taskbar)

I am sure I didn't installed any application lately that could do that.

So any had this same issues?

I have Vista 64bit Ultimate
