When listening to internet radio or a video newsclip from say NYTimes, the
audio or video runs great for a minute or so, then stops (as if re-loading)
then starts and stops in very short bursts. This is a Vista HP/OS. Any
suggestions? Thanks

Be patient. It might be fixed in SP4.

Cheers.

Victoria,

That sound like a bandwidth problem more than a vista problem

You are seeing a problem with buffering. Look at Media Player Options to see
if you can set it larger.

This problem is related to the Protected Mode setting. I just went over to
The NYT site and experienced the same problem. I've answered this problem in
a post entitled "problems with audio streaming". You'll find the solution
there. If you need a walk-through lemme know.
