Streaming audio

Would anyone know how to set-up a streaming audio server? I would like to
make 1 so that i could maybe send some music over my LAN. If it is possible
could i also get a server add-on that lets you hear the same thing from the
internet?

Hi,

Windows Server 2003 comes with Windows Media Services which allow you to
stream audio/video over your LAN and over the Web. To install it go to the
"Windows System Components" section of Add/Remove Programs. More info is
available in the help file

Jonathan has already suggested Windows Media Services. Another popular audio
server is Shoutcast:
