stuck in hibernate

can anyone help? im not very computer savvy. switch laptop on but seems to be
stuck in hibernating, tried re booting no help.

Press F8 repeatedly during the 'black screen' portion of a restart, just
after the BIOS screen, to 'Boot Normally'
