Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Hotmail are stuck in Spanish on one
of my accounts.

Would love to get help.

Greetings,

Which part of Messenger is in Spanish?

I'm going to assume it's just the online resources as opposed to the actual application,
which would make sense if it's affecting Hotmail as well.

To change this, you just need to change your Windows Live ID (home) locale to an English
speaking country. You can change your locale here:
https://account.live.com/EditProf.aspx

Oh, man. Thank you so much! I have no idea how it got put on Puerto Rico, but
it is fixed now.
