"Stuck" Update

my computers was operating poorly ao I decided to roll back some of the
updates to restore it to a previous state. I had an entry in the windows
update when selected didn't give an uninstall choice - it is stuck. I think
it might be the source of my trouble - but how do I uninstall or delete it?

I tried to use system restore but the restore point is newer then the stuck
update.
the update I am having trouble with is a .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (KB953595)

I am also getting "WindowsUpdate_80004002" when I try to use Winows Update.

help!
