Student regional licencing

Not sure where I should be asking this question but thought i'd try here. I'm
a student with the OU and just bought a Vista Ultimate upgrade, Office 2007
Pro Plus and Expression Studio from an online seller of student software. The
discs arrived today and all say "not for use or distribution outside of
Europe, The Middle East and Africa" on them. I'm emigrating shortly to NZ but
will remain a student with the OU - herin lies my question - will I be able
to use my software in NZ?

I have searched said student software website and nowhere on it anywhere
does it state that the software is regionally limited, but it does say the
licence is perpetual even after I am no longer a student. Anyone else come
across this problem? If I return the software unopened for a refund and buy
it elsewhere am I going to have the same licencing restrictions?

The problem is if I buy it in NZ as a student the OU is unlikely to be
recognised as a legitimate school as it is UK based, so I won't be able to
get NZ licenced software!

Any advice or help greatfully received!

It's not like the software will stop working when in another country... It
may not be technically correct, but I know what I'd do :-)
