Successful downloads keep appearing

I've installed (successfully) four critical updates, but the next time I'm on
the computer I'm told that I need to install the same four again. Any
suggestions?

The same thing is happening to me. I've installed one 10 times, and I keep
getting the message that I need to install it again. Did you get any help
with this?
