I have had the message 'we cant start a conversation with ....try later' for
3 days have now resolved it with help from WLM , you need to uninstall either
Info Pen or MacroGaing sweetIM using the add rempve rfom your contro, panel,
then install direct x from http://microsoft.com/directx reboot then i was
able to send IM. I am running windows XP. Also check that allow all is not on
your block list and un check the only people on my allow list. Hope this
helps.
