Help! My friend's computer locked up last night...the mouse has gone haywire,
it's as if the left clock button is locked on, multiple items on the desktop
are highlighted, programs which require a password are not opening when
password is entered, the shift button is locked on so that everything is in
caps and no numbers work. If you select one program to open, all programs
attempt to open. Could thi be related to that Windows security patch flaw?
And is not, does anyone have any ideas what is going on? All Help
appreciated. Thanks

Is there any chance thay your friend might have spilt a drink or something
similar on his/her keyboard lately? It might have been working fine initially
but once it starts becoming sticky, that's when your problems start!
