Sudden shutdown,Menubar disappears,right click disabled!

Ive been experiencing a few problems with my Vista Home Basic lately..
The last two days,i have had 2 sudden shut downs..this blue screen appears just before and does a very quick coundown and then it automatically restarts.I have no idea what has happened but i remember seeing "memory flash" or something like that in the blue screen.What is the problem?

Sometimes when i try to save a picture,my right click button gets disabled and i've noticed that the menu bar at the top of IE disappears too.A window saying file cannot be found appears and after it says error 8007ffff.

Please help me,i don't know what to do.Thank you very much.
