I'm guessing it is Vista doing it. I am not positive. I've tried everything in my power to fix this. I'll start with the problem first, and what I've done after.

The Problem

It started a few days ago. I don't know exactly when or how or I would of just system restored and hoped that would of fixed it. Like right now (On Firefox even) As I am typing it will suddenly "stop" responding (the program) for maybe a second and a half or so. For example I am typing "the problem" and I'll type in "the problem" but will see "th" then "the problem" like if the program just froze for a second, but my impute still worked. This happens on EVERYTHING though. At the desk top, I will right click, nothing will come up, few seconds later I get the properties. I hit start button, nothing happens few seconds later...it pops up. Even in video games. I'll be playing and just suddenly with no real reason I'll get a FPS drop after it being frozen then back to normal. Example: I am playing fallout 3, 60 FPS consent (only playing on medium video settings trying to figure out this issues) and I could be just standing there.. see my screen freeze, see my fps at 60, the temp of the video card only at 53C (after running game about 10-20miniutes) then I will come back from the brief pause/freeze see my fps at 3.34 or something for a second then bounce back to 60fps. I don't think it's a video card problem due to.. this happening even now as I type this message I am getting frustrated due to the pausing/freezing in what I see compared to what I have impute.
Yes, it happens when browsing my C or D drive as well. Also was getting a install problem on a game I've installed a few times because "The Drive was not ready" halfway and at the end and even once right when the cd begin installing. Like this post... has taken 40 minutes so far, mostly due to the pausing and the letters that are sometimes missing that I type.

What I've done so far to try and fix it.
In this order.
1. Ran CCleaner. Cleaner and Registry until all was fixed/cleaned.
2. Defragmentation both partitions. It is one drive, 2 Partitions
3. Ran Vista/Windows Defender. Updated, Scanned Fixed all issues it found until it stopped finding problems.
4. Ran AVG-Free 8.5 Virus Scan. Updated, Scanned. Nothing found.
5. Ran Spybot - Search & Destroy Updated. Scanned. Nothing found.

What the hell else can I try?! (Sorry for language I am so frustrated.) I am looking to upgrade my video card as well and this week (cause of sale on the card, gotta get it now) But now this issue has come up, and I'm about to shoot myself. >_<
This computer was built 64 DAYS ago. With no issues until.. suddenly few days ago.

Here is my computer with links to all my parts. and the new card im hoping to put in it. I will also post my dxdiag for more info and help on my computer. I'm begging for help here as you can see I'm not a complete computer noob. But I do know a bit about taken care of my PC and I am at a lose. Please anyone..help :/

ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS TESTS I SHOULD DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP. This IS VERY FRUSTRATING PROBLEM AND WITH MY NEW CARD COMING I WANT NO PROBLEMS. ALSO BEEN THINKING ABOUT REFORMATTING BUT I DON'T WANT TO LOSE ALL MY GAME DATA AND SUCH (I'm a big gamer about 250gb's used on my hd's is all games/mods/saves) So if reformatting is my only solution I need to find a way to back everything up without losing it!

(Bad updating on situation)

Here is a few pictures of the errors I been getting past few days

I have seen this message "data error cyclic redundancy check" four times also while downloading torrents. So... is this in fact a HDD issue or.. still a Vista one?

Does this mean my brand new HD is dying?
