Suggestion for msn messenger (emoticons)

I suggest to permit the users of msn messenger to organize our emoticons in
folders and in order of frecuently used, aphabettically or things like that.
When I want to use a emoticon I have to look in the loong list of emoticons
for the one I want.

Oh I agree, the whole emoticon picker window needs some new functionality and just to add --
search which be very welcomed.
