SUGGESTION: Option to relocate 'Ribbon'.

"RIBBON": I would like the option to 're-position' the Ribbon;
"On-the-Left", or "On-the Right" of viewing window. When using a
"wide-screen" monitor, moving the 'Ribbon' would allow for increased viewing
area for my messages. Thanks!

Have already submitted this to "Feed-bag". Just wanting your opinions;
would this be useful to you or no.
