I just noticed that you said that you have a Realtek High Definition sound
card. Up until now I've assumed you had the correct drivers, but now I'm not
sure. Take a look at the latest (ver. 1.70) Realtek drivers:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...Audio%20Codecs
Make sure the above drivers are the correct Vista version for your system.
That is, 32 bit or 64 bit. If not, find the correct version of Realtek
drivers for your system.
