I have the Ultimate Version of VISTA.

I need to setup accounts for my family. Is there a way to create a "super
user" that can access their accounts without having to know the password?

Hello,

Short answer, no.

However, administrator accounts can change the password of any user on the
computer.

You cannot "log in" to another account without knowing the password;
however, you can change the password on an account and then log in to it
with that password.
