Support for SP1 - Win XP Pro

Does anyone know when MS support for XP Pro w/ SP1 ends?

Is there a MS web site that lists end of life support dates?

Only support for the service pack ends on Sept 16, 2006. You will still get
hotfixes for the life of XP. So, it is no big deal. I have no intention of
moving to SP 2 on that date. I have tried SP2 and went back to SP1. The
worst thing about SP2 is that it demolishes all the hours and hours of
tweaking one has done and you have to do it all over again and get rid of
the Security center and all the other irritating stuff that you don't have
to deal with in SP1.
The only reason I might consider SP2 would be if IE 7 is far superior to Fx.

Hi,

Actually, support for security updates for SP1 will also end
on Sept 16, 2006, so to be able to get security updates after
that date, you will need SP2.
