The problem is not that it's trying to calculate the time needed to copy,
move, or delete a file or folder but a matter of ownership and permission
regarding the file or folder you're trying to modify. Go to this link to

If the file or folder you're trying to modify is a Junction Point or Reparse
Point (see discussion on the link above), it is not a modifiable area on the
disk and you will not be able to do anything with it other than access it.
Also, note that sometimes you have to modify the files in a folder before you
can modify the folder. Good luck!
