SUS will no longer syncronize

2 nights ago, my SUS server quit syncronizing. if I
attempt to manually sync it, i get the following error:

Failed to download from
URL 'http://www.msus.windowsupdate.com/msus/v1/aucatalog1.
cab'. (Error 0x80072F78: Invalid server response.)
