SUS not pushing out updates

For a while now I haven't received any updates from my SUS server. So
I finally went out to check it. This is an error I am getting:
2006-03-20 11:13:32 16:13:32 Error IUENGINE Querying
software update catalog from
http://SUSserver/autoupdate/getmanifest.asp (Error 0x80190191)

I really don't know what to check any ideas?

It's not a permission issue I have it set for anonmyous access...
