SUS - Patch KB873374

We run Windows SUS 1.0 on our network. Usually every critical update is
downloaded automatically by our sus server and distributed to our clients.
WHy doesnt the patch kb873374 (gdi detection tool) get downloaded by the
server? and is there anyway i can distribute it using the sus server??
