SUS Server download failed

I have a hub SUS server that services over 30 remote SUYS servers at my
various locations. Since the release of XP SP2 we've had an issue with
traffic - even though I have not yet approved SP2 the SUS server insists on
copying it to all of my SUS servers - completely killing all available
bandwidth.

To combat this I've turned off the Update Synch service on all of the remote
servers and planned on turning it back on a couple at a time until the SP was
downloaded.

Unfortuntately it appears that the file transfer is getting killed - and
restarting - so that it never completes. Since I've distributed SP2 on CDROM
to all of my remote admins, I'd like to have them just copy the damn thing to
thier local SUS server - avoiding the entire fiel copy process.

That leads to my question - can I manually copy in the SP and have the local
SUS servers accept it?
