sweep software

Every time I want to go online two messages pop up. One is that Explorer
wants to change some settings. I am advised then to always say no to this.
So I do.
Then, at the same time the Sweep program comes up EVERY TIME and although
the sweep is scheduled weekly, it won't wait. I am tired of everytime I open
want to get on the internet I have to waste time with these options. What
should I do?
