switch mode

dear friends,

i have 3 profile on my window vista. me, my wife and the administrator.
since last week my wife profile cannot load correctly (safe mode)

How do i switch from the safe mode to the normal mode (normal window display)?

Have you tried using System Restore to go back to an earlier point in time
before your wifes account started experiencing this problem?

> Yes, i tried twice for System Restore but its say System Restore did not restore correctly.

i already check for spyware, virus and all those cookies but nothing in my
pc. I'm using AVG software and NIS software.

help me please...
