Switch user when computer wake up from sleep

In XP, when I wake up my computer from hibernate, it shows the switch user
screen. In Vista Home Premium, when my computer wake up from Sleep/Hibernate,
it only shows the last user that was left off unless I click the "Switch
User". Can this be eliminated and show the switch user screen after wake up?
