switch user

i have vista ultimate sp1 32 bit on my machine iam facin this problem
from few days that whenever iam trying to switch between standard user
to admin user my machine did not start properly my startup programmes
are missing like antivirus and sidebar plz help

Try same with log off rather than switch user.
