Wher did you buy your computer? Those will be the guys to ask.
A Windows XP Pro disk should cost around US$100 - US$150, depending on
where you buy it.

That depends really on the game. I've been running some games that
where mainstream in 2000/2001 (Diablo II in particular), and they
actually run better on Vista than they ever did. Check the game house
website for updates that may solve any compatibility problems you are
having with tier games.

seriously doubt that you've ever used Vista at all, and that you have
seen nothing more than screenshots. Had you actually been using Vista
for even as little as a week, you'd know by now that the changes are
more that just cosmetic. Sorry for this remark, but your words are most
often reflected by those have have never used Vista.
