Switching between open windows

When I set up my new vista installed computer I remember being asked i
I wanted to let open windows switch merely by pointing to them rathe
than clicking on them. Being a fool and in a hurry I said yes. This i
now getting VERY annoying. Is there a way to turn this function off,
have searched ans searched but cant find a way.. please help before I g
insan
