Sync 2 Smartphones to one profile

I want to sync two smartphones (AT&T 8525) to the same profile, so that my
wife and I can see the same contacts and calendar. When I connected/sync
both before, it created doubles within the calendar however, the contacts
remained the same. Is there a way for us to sync to phones to the same
profile and share the same calendar?
