I am trying to sync my husband IPAQ to his calendar and mine IPAQ to my
calendar. Is there any way to not get his information in my IPAQ but get my
info on his? Since we have two profiles in XP, I would like it to update his
calendar with his info but not update my calendar with his.

Hi Marion,

Do you want to do this on a regular basis or just once in order to get a few
appointments into your husbands iPAQ.

Maybe once every few weeks.

Hi Marion,

The best way to get your Calendar info on your husbands Calendar is to open
up your pst file under his login. Then copy/paste the relevant appointments
to from your Calendar to his. Upon the next sync your info will be seen on
his iPAQ.

Step 1: Identify the path of your pst file.

Login to your profile and locate the path. If you are unable to locate the
path of the .pst file, do the following:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click File -> Data File Management
3. This should list all the PST files that are present. Click Open Folder
and you should find the storage path of your *.pst file.

Step 2: Opening the pst file on his login.

Login to Husband profile and open Outlook and make sure you have checked the
Navigation pane under View.

1. Then Click File -> Open -> Outlook data file -> Open your pst file from
the location as described in Step 1.
2. You will see two pst files open in Outlook.
3. Click Go -> Calendar and select both the Calendars. Now copy and paste
the appointments you want.

You might want to change the view so that all appointments are seen at a go
to enable easier copy/paste. This can be done by click View -> Arrange
By -> Current View -> Select the desired view. Once done, click Go -> Mail
and right click the pst file you opened and close it.

I suggest you use Categories for your appointments so that it is easier for
him to bifurcate the appointments that belong to you. Take a look at the
following links for better understanding on how categories can be used:

http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/arti...on=expand,3142

http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/arti...on=expand,8034

The other option you have is to mail him the appointments that you create.
He can save those appointments on his Calendar. This way when he syncs he
gets them on his iPAQ.

If you don't have a ton of calendar entries to do, you could just beam then
to him, over IR or BT.
