Sync with Exchange 2003 failed

Hi

I have Activesync 3.7.1, Outlook 2003, and Exchange 2003.
Exchange 2003 is in default settings as far as activesync is concerned.

When I set up a partnership with a PC it asks in 2 different places during
the wizard, which folders I want to sync. One refers to the exchange server,
and the other doesn't.

I chose to sync, calander, files, tasks, and contacts.

Files and Tasks sync OK.
Calander and Contacts don't with an error : Sync status is on the device.

I have seen many suggextions saying uncheck the optio 'sync with server'
from Activesync options.

But surely this stops it syncing with the exchange server and just syncs
with office on the desktop.

How can I get the Pocket PC to sync with the exchange server.

I have also noticed the error on the pocketpc is HTTP_400.
Does this give any clues?

When you're syncing with an Exchange Server the status will be "Sync status
is on the device" for all items that sync with a server. This is correct.

On another post you say you're getting error 400. Perhaps your Exchange
server is not configured to allow ActiveSync? You have to check with your
Administrator.
