How to sync Office Ultimate 2007 on Vista Ultimate 2007 with a PDA

Good day,

I'm testing the new platforms described above and i try to get my PDA (HTC
TyTn) synchronized with my laptop. My systems has the latest updates and when
I search the Internet I find this link :

This is the "Windows Mobile Device Center" Beta 3 software and should
apparent be used to sync PDA and laptop with the versions of software I have.

My first question is if this is the same as the "Windows Mobility Center"
that I can find standard on my system.
If it's the same, both should be referred to with the same name ;-)
If it's the same , I should say that I can't seem to find how to get the
sync between PDA and Outlook 2007 up and running.

If both programs are different, a more different name could be chosen ;-)
If both programs are different, I'd better start dowloading this beta and
see if I can get things up and running with that software.
If both programs are different, is there a final release planned of this
software?
