sync outlook with handheld device (HP AXIM)

I'm tring to sync HP AXIM to Outlook 7 using Vista mobile device center. I
get connected but can't check mark the box next to the contacts or calander.
It says that outlook is not configurated. Anyone knows how to configurate
outlook to sync with a device like the HP AXIM?
