sync problem with Exchange server 2003

Our company have changed to use Exchange 2003 server as the email server.
However when I sync my HP iPAQ with Outlook 2003, my email in inbox will
move to trash automatically although most of them do not read. It make me
cannot sync my device now because move the necassery email from trash is
time wasting. Please help me for this issue.

Try deleting the partnership (File -> Delete Partnership) and
re-establish the partnership - it seems that the replication data may
be out of sync with the move to Exchange 2003.
