Hello,
searching for this topic in here finds many many posts but I
have not solved the problem with that yet. My case: HTC Oxygen,
Windows 2000 SP4 (German), ActiveSync 4.5 (but also before with
4.2). The first sync after I added a new appointment on the phone
does show an error, that this appointment is not synchronized
with the server (which in my case is only desktop) and
"Unterstützungsode:1" (which is "support code 1" with a typo,
missing "c" from "code"). The appointments are truly simple ones,
no note, no recurring.
I did scanpst on all data files, "Detect and Repair", an update
(from 4.2) and several re-installations of ActiveSync. There were
some a bit more mystical tips like remove, create and reimport
Outlook identity from another Admin account on my system, but I
don't know exactly how and why. Does this solve anything that
repair mechanism cannot?
Is there a way to solve this? I'm really helpless. All so called
solutions I've seen do not tell me anything about where the real
problem is. This is the main use of a Windows Mobile Phone and
the ActiveSync tool. It's highly frustrating.
Is there any way to get support from Microsoft themselves?
