Sync problem

Hello,

I have a problem with synchronising my HTC TyTN II with Active Sync 4.5.

When I restart my Windows XP SP2 computer, and put my mobile device in the
cradle, Active sync sees my device en wil start synchronising.
When i have a phone call, i taken my mobile for answering the phone. After
that call, i redock my device in the cradle, and active sync won't start for
synchronising till i reboot my PC.
I gues that there's still a process active, and that this gives me the
problem.
I have stopped several processes, but i can't find wich process gives me
that problem.
Uninstall of ActiveSync 4.5 and reinstall it gives me no solution.

Can someone help me please ?

This is a common problem with ActiveSync and WMDC. It is likely the
ActiveSync process hanging when you undock. Go into Task Manager and kill
the Async.exe process.
