Synching With Exchange Server and Desktop?????

I have a PPC6700 and am wirelessly successfully synching with my work
Exhange Sever and now want to also sync with my home PC using the docking
cradle. Is this possible? Will all items merge or can I keep them
separate? Please help as I cannot find this answer anywhere!
