I am currently testing the synchronisation of the i-mate kjam to be deployed
in our corporate network using Exchange 2003. I am still at the stage of
trying to synchronise data on the local machine first before we have it
synchronising with E2K3.

I have been able to synchronise it with my Admin user acccount, however I
get the 85010014 error on my normal user account. I need to be able to get
this synchronised on the normal user account as the users of the kjams have
only got normal accounts.

Things I have tried:
- I have added the normal user account to the local administrators group.
Still no difference.
- I have tried deploying it on the PDA emulator. Still no difference.
- Have tried to reinstall outlook 2003, no luck
- Have upgraded to the recent release of ActiveSync 4.2. Still getting same
error

Anyone got any ideas?

I also forgot to mention, that my normal account has "helpdesk rights" and my
Admin account has "Domain rights"

And that the accounts both point to the same mailbox.
