Synchronization of MS Word Documents

I am using ActSync 3.8. I used to have problems with synchronizing some of
my MS Word documents, when a document contains some specific data (e.g.
pictures..). But recently, I cannot synchronize any of my newly created Word
documents. I can complete synchronization only if I save documents in the
Rich Text Format. What is wrong that Word documents cannot be synchronized
any more?

Is the problem Word files not synchronizing that you put in the Files
folder for your device, or is it that you can't move Word files onto
the device by using Explore? Either way, try reinstalling ActiveSync.

* Do you receive any error message when the conversion doesn't happen?
* Which version of Word are you using?
* Might not be relevant but did you install any new software on the desktop
that has installed its own set of converters?
* Is ActiveSync and Word installed in the default directory?
