We use the Registry hack from Microsoft article Q270136 to set up the
GuestOnly partnership.

Now we want to know how to synchronize the clock between the handheld and
hostpc? Because there is the chances that handheld will be cold reset, and
time will be wrong.

Our application deponds on the clock sync, so manually changing it doesn't
work for us.

Thanks

You might try an ntp program like Mobile TimeSync. I found it at handango.
Not sure but I know you have internet access via pass-through even as a
guest. If Mobile TimeSync detects that it should sync with an ntp server. If
the desktop also syncs time that way, they should be darned close.
